This is what you do in our team:

Being an organizational talent, you never lose the overview and you like to be the person who pulls the strings.
You will take care of the business and personal appointments and matters of our managing directors. You also have a good office administration overview.

  • Ensuring smooth processes and general appointment management 
  • Professional organization of the management's working environment incl. travel management
  • Responsible for handling correspondence
  • Contract and document management 
  • Communication and correspondence with business partners, service providers and the corporate group
  • Assistance with the organization and execution of events (internal and external)
  • Office management support - incl. handling of communication channels, calendar and reception of guests
  • Administration of the KeyCards 
  • Verification of credit card settlements

  • Several years' experience in a similar position
  • Reliability and high awareness of responsibility, confidentiality, discretion and loyalty
  • Obliging and confident appearance both internally and externally
  • Organizational and service talent with enormous power of self-assertion
  • Structured way of working
  • You keep an overview even in complex situations and always know what matters most
  • Open and positive appearance as well as confident manners
  • As we are an IT company, your ability to use computers, the Internet and all user-related matters is a matter of course. 
  • Very good German and English language skills
