Your Tasks

  • Taking charge of customer requests and supporting customers using the website
  • Dealing professionally with discontented customersRequirements 3
  • Processing new registrations and contract terminations
  • Supervision of all processes on the website and description of possible errors
  • Content Approval for mobile and online products (DACH region)
  • Cost and quality control

Your Profile

  • Good German and English skills
  • Deep interest in product management, customer service as well as quality management
  • Experience in Customer Service and Marketing is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, flexible and reliable
  • Cordiality and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
