This is what you'll do in our team
Development and implementation of AI strategies: Together with the management, marketing, AdTech and product teams, you will drive and monitor the development of the company's AI strategy and act as an interface between the individual departments. You will ensure that AI is gradually integrated into the daily work routine in all departments, thereby increasing the company's efficiency.
AI development: Thanks to your developer skills, you will independently drive forward the use, development and integration of AI applications in our products and company processes. Are there already existing tools on the market or do in-house solutions need to be developed and at what cost? Evaluating this is one of your tasks.
Identifying AI applications: You will identify potential applications of AI in all areas of the company and evaluate their benefits and feasibility.
Project management: You will oversee the implementation of AI projects from planning to realisation.
Interdisciplinary collaboration: With experts from the individual teams, you will seamlessly integrate AI systems into existing systems and processes, including the development and implementation of internal communication.
Research and development: You will stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and ensure that the organisation remains at the cutting edge. You will manage and oversee the research and development areas of AI systems across the organisation.
AI development: Thanks to your developer skills, you will independently drive forward the use, development and integration of AI applications in our products and company processes. This is what you`re good at:
- Degree in computer science, business administration or a similar field
- Experience in project management in the areas of AI or machine learning
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or C++
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning technologies
- Experience in working with Google Cloud, AWS Cloud is an advantage
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way
- Inspiring people from different areas for new topics (AI)
- You have an overview of the latest trends and tools in the field of AI
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different teams in the company
- Organised way of working and hands-on mentality to handle a variety of complex topics at the same time
- Ability to speak and write English fluently. Good German language skills are an advantage.
