Accounting is not boring at iVentureGroup! We currently have exciting projects and our accounting team is looking for new team members to successfully implement them. We are looking for creative financial talents to support us in our daily business as well as in the ongoing automation and digitalisation of our accounting processes.

Among other things, we specialise in the development and marketing of scalable and high-performance community platforms in the online dating sector. An online industry that performs stable and grows even in times of crisis.
 

This is what you do in our team

Do you want to drive projects forward and actively contribute your ideas in addition to the traditional accounting? We currently have these projects in the finance area and we are looking forward to your active support:

Upcoming projects:
  • Expansion into new markets. We are not only growing internationally, but globally
  • Automation is the future, also in accounting 
  • We are fighting against the paper jungle: We are becoming a paperless office

Daily Work: 
  • Independent and self-responsible support of several companies
  • Checking, accounting and booking of all business transactions of the companies
  • Monitoring receivables and payables 
  • Carrying out account reconciliations and clarifications
  • Preparation of sales tax reports
  • Close cooperation with Controlling
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Contact person for tax advisors
  • Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements

This is what you are good at

  • Completed training in financial accounting
  • Relevant practical experience
  • Good knowledge of common accounting systems for SMEs
  • Openness to learn new things and develop further
  • Natural handling of the common Office programmes
  • Good knowledge of commercial and tax law, especially VAT law
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Committed, independent and responsible way of working
  • Team spirit and respectful communication
  • A plus, not a must: Initial experience in the online industry or in auditing
