This is what you do in our team:

 As office manager, you are responsible for ensuring that your colleagues feel comfortable at their workplace and that our office makes an excellent impression at all times.
  • Coordinating our extensive range of benefits, ordering office supplies and consumables as well as travel bookings and expense claims for the entire team
  • Planning and implementation of varied and creative company events
  • Supporting the planning of trade fairs
  • Classic secretarial and assistance tasks such as processing mail, answering incoming calls and receiving guests
  • General office management tasks, such as ordering office materials, coordinating office maintenance tasks, liaising with our service providers, managing installations, etc.
  • Preparation, supervision and follow-up of meetings, coordination of appointments as well as conference room supervision

This is what you are good at:

  • Completed commercial training and ideally several years of professional experience in the hotel industry or in the reception area of companies.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent German and English
  • Independent working style, good prioritisation and conscientious work ethic
  • Strong service orientation and convincing team player
  • Enthusiasm, creativity and a high degree of initiative
  • Reliable contact person for colleagues and external service providers
